| Mrs. Mary Seebeck Maddox, age 79, of Barnesville passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 in a Barnesville Healthcare Facility. Mrs. Maddox was born in Hazlehurst, GA to the late Mr. Charlie Seebeck and to the late Mrs. Frances Keene Seebeck. She was a Home Maker and a member of the New Life Baptist Church. Mrs. Maddox was preceded in death by her Son, Jimmy David Hearn, and by her Brother, Herman Seebeck.
Survivors include her Husband Paul Maddox of Thomaston ; a Son – Charlie Hearn of Thomaston ; a Daughter – Yolanda (& Bruce) Swatts of Barnesville ; 3 Grandchildren – Jonathan (& Jennie) Swatts of Griffin ; Joshua (& Brandi) Swatts of Barnesville ; & Jannon Williams of Virginia ; 6 Great Grandchildren ; a Brother – W.L. (& Marilyn) Seebeck ; 4 Sisters – Verma Partain ; Betty Jo Ramirez ; Roslyn (& Roy) Rogers ; Joyce (& Lloyd) Smith ; Numerous other relatives also survive. Funeral Services for Mrs. Mary Seebeck Maddox will be conducted on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 11 O’ Clock form the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Franklin Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Lamar Memory Gardens. The Family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home on Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 10 am until the service hour.
